I grew up in Enid, Oklahoma in a family of 6.  We were the ‘swimming family’ and all of us ended up swimming in college.  I swam at Texas Christian University and then started medical school at the University of Oklahoma.  I graduated from OU Medical School in May of 2006 and decided to put my sports medicine career on hold to pursue my Olympic dream.  After the 2008 Olympic Trials, I switched gears in the triathlon world and started to do Ironman 70.3 races, which led to me doing my first full Ironman in Cozumel to end my great 2010 season.  Looking forward to an awesome 2011!

Testimonial:
"I used to think that being uncomfortable on the bike was just part of being a triathlete. How wrong I was! Once I started doing long distance triathlons in 2008, I got an ISM saddle. Now I can sit in the saddle all day long with no problems! Thanks ISM for hours and hours of comfy riding!"
