The foundation is dedicated to improving and saving lives by increasing awareness of all perinatal mood disorders including postpartum depression.

How Do You Relax: 
It’s hard to find a lot of time to do that since having Caitlin, but if I do find time I usually read a magazine, listen to music, cook or sleep!
How Do You Prepare For An Event: 
Get a good night sleep 2 nights before (and hopefully the night before too!), stay off my feet as much as possible the day before, relax and eat a good meal the night before.
Recent Achievement: 
Having a baby girl, Caitlin Jenny on June 15, 2010! Before that my biggest accomplishment in 2009 was winning Lake Stevens 70.3
