How Do You Relax:
I love chilling out with my wife and dogs. I also love to read, watch movies, and do a bit of Stand Up Paddle.
How Do You Prepare For An Event:
I do my best to completely switch off from the outside world, primarily from my computer and phone! I sleep as much as I can, I tend to eat a nice, hearty meal (or eight) and I relax!
Recent Achievement:
I won the Muskoka 70.3 on the same day that my wife Amanda won the women’s race!

"Cryin' won't help you, prayin' won't do you no good!" Led Zeppelin. When the Levee Breaks.
What's In Your Transition Bag You Can't Live Without:
I feel a bit panicky when I don’t have any Chamois Butter or Vaseline or Tri Slide. Gotta have my lubricants!
Where Do You See Yourself In Ten Years:
I will be involved in triathlon, probably in a few different capacities. I love the sport, and I love the people who gravitate towards it. This is a lifestyle that Amanda and I truly love.
