Raynard Tissink

Started triathlon at age 16 as a junior in May 1990.

Went on to win numerous junior duathlon titles and even canoe triathlon titles, before moving to swim triathlon.
Won multiple South African titles in Olympic and Long Distance Triathlons, and numerous Olympic distance races in Europe, before switching to Ironman in 2000.

I have been married to Natalie for 13 years and we have 2 children – Kade our son aged 10 and Jordi our daughter aged 7.

We are very involved with Online Coaching and are opening an Indoor Triathlon Training Academy in Port Elizabeth in January next year.
